: It was clean and quiet but that’s about all
: Booked a queen bed only had a double beds when arrived and said that they would be no xtra charge for the room they should have at least offered a dis count for not having the room I booked.

: Toilet wouldn't fully flush. Customer service upon arrival was not friendly. From the outside the place looks unsafe. Was told that I would not receive a discount for visiting university as advertised.

: A little shady but ok
: The app said it was a disability room. When I got there they said they don’t have disability rooms. The beds were too high for my elderly mother; but the very nice cleaning lady found us a foot stool; it was almost to low to work. There are no hand rails in the bathroom and it’s a low commode so my mother had to have help getting up and down. Will never stay there again.
